Located within a closed grocery store in the Historic West Side of Las Vegas, the six Freight Farms Greenery S shipping container indoor farms grow equivalent to 15 acres of food in a conventional farm. This operation, when maximized, can grow up to 33,000 plants using 5 gallons of water per container per day. Locating these farms inside of a building allows these farms to stay cooler than being located outside in Las Vegas. Decreasing the per SF cost of indoor vertical farming by sharing costs of inputs across six units allows us to manage our unit economics aggressively.
